Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and size guide carefully before placing an order.

Prices and Availability

All prices displayed on the website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change at any time without prior notice.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Products are subject to availability until the order is successfully placed and confirmed.

Vilarivage reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing or product-information errors, and cancel orders affected by stock errors, technical problems, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or misuse of promotional offers.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by Vilarivage, the amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing time.

Orders and Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone.

Receiving an automated confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or dispatched. We may contact you to verify your order details, delivery address, selected products, or payment information.

Customers must provide complete and accurate contact and delivery information. Vilarivage is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable customer information.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be confirmed or appear to be fraudulent.

Payment

The available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Online payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers. Vilarivage does not directly store customers’ complete card details.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected payment method is valid and authorized.

Shipping and Delivery

Vilarivage delivers to all governorates across Egypt.

Estimated delivery times are:

Cairo and Giza: from 2 to 6 business days.
Other governorates: from 2 to 7 business days.

Delivery times begin after the order has been confirmed. These periods are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, high-demand periods, weather conditions, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and remain available to receive the order and respond to the courier’s calls.

Shipping fees, when applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated during order confirmation.

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

Exchange and return requests are handled in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer-protection laws.

The processing of an approved exchange or return request may take from 2 to 6 business days.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging attached.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, makeup, damage, alteration, or misuse may not be accepted, except where the item was received defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise protected by applicable law.

Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery and contact Vilarivage as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or different from the item ordered.

Nothing in these Terms limits the customer’s mandatory rights under applicable Egyptian consumer-protection laws.

Promotional Offers and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers:

Are valid only during the stated promotional period.
May apply only to selected products, quantities, or customers.
Cannot be exchanged for cash.
Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
May be cancelled if used fraudulently or in violation of the offer’s terms.

If an item purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer is returned, any refund or price adjustment will be calculated according to the actual promotional value of the items retained and returned.

Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all information displayed on the website is accurate and up to date.

Occasionally, the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, availability, shipping fees, or delivery times.
